We assist you in preparing an accurate and complete annual year report and Income Tax Return 2 to ensure that the company complies with all Swedish statutory requirements.

Please note that the price applies only if we determine that the company has been inactive during the financial year to which the Annual Year Report pertains.

This service is designed for most limited liability companies that are not subject to audit requirements. We assist you in closing the financial year and preparing an annual report that complies with all the requirements of BFNAR 2016:10 (K2) for smaller companies. Along with this, we also prepare the Income Tax Return 2 (Inkomstdeklaration 2) for the company and assist you as a shareholder with the K10 form and any required reports.

Please note that this service is only available to companies that are contracted clients with us, which means we also handle the ongoing bookkeeping throughout the year.

This service is designed for companies with multiple employees in addition to the owners and associated parties. In collaboration with our partners, we offer an authorized payroll service that manages payroll processing, reporting to FORA, administration of employment contracts, and employer contributions. The service ensures correct handling of taxes, vacation pay, and other fees, while providing qualified support in payroll and HR matters.

Price: 800 sek/hour (excluding VAT)
